Getting to safety is your top priority, so don’t let the ensuing chaos of a riot situation distract you. The key to getting out of a riot is to stay focused on that goal. Do your best not to be drawn to the chaos and disaster as sometimes we’re drawn to these things like moths to a flame. If you have a firearm, don’t use it unless your life or health is in danger. Don’t run and don’t cut across the crowd both of these actions bring unwanted attention. You need to ease your way out of the crowd and then move away from it. Sometimes that entails going with the flow. You want to find the easiest way out possible. Getting out is the priority, so don’t miss opportune chances to escape by not paying attention. You also need to be alert and aware in case any avenues of escape open up. In these situations, everyone is a potential threat! You need to be ready for an attack, even if it seems like no one is a threat. By staying alert and observant of the crowd’s body language, you can fend off a possible assault. Be Alert, Be Awareīeing aware of your surroundings is crucial to your escape to safety. Besides, if you’ve become a grey man and blend in with the crowd, you look like a rioter to the officers. Don’t do this! There is no way for the officers to know if you’re a threat or not, especially if they’re riot police. If you’re caught in a riot, your first thought might be to find someone in law enforcement. Becoming a grey man will allow you to move under the radar, but there is a downfall to this. You don’t have to destroy property or inflict harm on others to effectively blend in. Keep in mind you only have to do this until you find a safe way out. You want to look like you’re one of the rioters, which will hopefully keep people from attacking you. Blend Inīecoming a grey man is imperative in this situation. In the meantime, here are ways for you to get out safely if you ever find yourself caught in a riot. There doesn’t seem to be an end to the chaos yet hopefully, there will be soon.

That is, until the second to last mission, which is literal hell on Earth.() – With all of the craziness going on in America today, it might be a good idea to learn how to get out of a bad situation. Should take around an hour to get through. I wasn't even holding the remote in some missions because they don't actually do anything to rebel against the police force. The police mode is quite literally as simple as walk across the screen and block the protesters. The achievement itself will unlock so long as you have a violence score of 0 on each mission, and in fact it unlocked early for me, after doing the 3 four mission campaigns (Indignados, No Tav, Keratea) and the first 3 missions of the last, 5 mission long campaign (Arab Springs) Go ahead and add "tactical' units, as they have the most people in it and where otherwise the most effective in my experiences.

On the unit customization screen, feel free to leave everything as is, however some missions only start with 4/6 or 5/6 units.

Note that you have to let the timer run through, and not just push off the protesters from an area on the ground like in some other objectives. Some objectives are also 'keep protesters off land for 5 minutes' in which you just have to keep them as far off-screen as possible. Objectives are usually marked by darkened circles/rectangles on the floor (i hadn't noticed them when i first started playing, and was wondering why i kept failing). Objectives may vary, but they are all as simple as "walk the police to the other side of the screen." There are a few different missions, for example one has you destroying tents, so just walk each group up to each tent to knock them all over one by one. They can all move freely for a few seconds after telling them to do so, meaning you can hold a direction and cycle a trigger to make all units stampede across screen. Unfortunately, these peaceful gatherings may attract large numbers of individuals and can quickly turn into violent, civil unrest. is one of the rights that separates the U.S. making sure to use or to get each group moving. Civil Unrest & Riot Preparedness: The freedom to assemble, protest, strike, etc. Pick the first mission from the right-hand column, and once the game starts, simply walk each group of police officers to the protesters. Go to Story Mode, put the game to 'Too Easy,' then pick one of the campaigns to go (I personally started with No Tav, then Indignados, then Keratea, and finally Arab Springs, but to each their own). This is significantly easier to get through compared to the Rioters story mode.
